ABOUT
JPEGMAFIA is a 33 year old rapper / producer from Brooklyn, New York. He is known for his experimental and industrial sound, which incorporates elements from genres such as trap, R&B, vaporwave, and noise rap. He is also known for his sampling work in his music, which often includes obscure and strange audio clips. At age 18, he served in the United States Air Force, which he would later go on to inspire the title of his first studio album, Veteran.
His music is a strange blend of various genres, and it can often be difficult to listen to casually due to it’s experimental nature. Once you get used to the sound, however, JPEGMAFIA’s music can be a hilarious and at times thought provoking experience.
